you dont even need an admin or a human one. an AI program could easily run an emulator today with lax or strict rules applies to perma ban if needed.

serverless AI run sites are the future, there is nothing anyone can do to block them. The freedom of information has nothing to do with human rights or law or whatever, at this point we have enough technology that INFORMATION flows like electricity like a fundamental law of the universe and no amount of censorship can resist such natural energies.
