I needed this one last day of rest but went and smoked, drank vodka and now I'm on my pc because I remembered why I have to succeed. Pray I feel cured in the morning. The runny nose phase lasted a day, the stage three cough started today but I felt better by the afternoon. I'm not 100% but please let me feel okay tomorrow and not worse because of the vodka.

I find that drinking alcohol at the onset of cold symptoms greatly reduces the severity and duration of it. The best when I'm sick is hot tea with whiskey, honey, and lemon in it. -
