I think Akira is causing me lung problems. She's not on my chest, just my legs but I've noticed it's hard to breathe when she is and it's really hard to move my left hand rn. I've never had mobility problems to this extent before and it happened suddenly. My violin days are over. I watched The Kardashians for the first time today. Idk ig I'm taking a break.

Second day in a row I've been unproductive and am not sure what triggered it or even how I feel. I'm taking care of my physical health and appearance at least. Yday I watched The 10th Kingdom, last time I watched it was when I was a child, and I also read these spiritual magazines I got as a child so maybe that's affected my mood. I should listen to hypnosis but don't know what I need it for now.

The nightmare I had awhile ago about being in some lady's house after she'd murdered her husband, with all the teddybears. An AirBnB experience influenced that, I stayed in a black lady's house. But yesterday I felt like it was me, with all the skincare and this pink duvet cover I now want to discard.
