Why are Ultra Orthodox jedis so jedi?

I have discovered the scheme. The shekel scheme.
It's not a lot of money, enough for food, rent, whatever. Enough to raise a family by basically going to church and doing bible study every day. The school of Trianglism could easily do the same thing and offer to pay scholars for religious research.
a lot of them are young dudes that otherwise would be incels or work some dead end job but instead they basically get to chill and be thinkers in a modern technological world and if you can make money on the side or do extra work that sounds way more fulfilling a church life in the holy land getting paid to read the bible, Sign me up!

We used to have a Monastic tradition, nuns, monks, lay brothers and sisters, diocesan hermits, ermites, anchorites, cenobites, cloistered scholars, consecrated virgins, consecrated widows, religious orders, missionary societies, canons, religious mendicants, hospitaliers, military orders, all sorts of different ways of life.
Now a lot of the people who would have become religious in previous generations become either woke social justice arseholes in thrall to the jedis or spend their life as neets (neetdom is encouraged by the jedis to prevent people joining orders, they fear any non-jedi form of organisation).
While in the east there is still a good tradition since jedi communism collapsed, monasteries in the west are dying out, it's sad.The following users say it would be alright if the author of this post didn't die in a fire! -

I used to be pretty into the church community and I was totally down to just give my life to serve THE LORD and any money you make you must remember to always put money in the hat at church and give 20% (which is how they can afford to pay scholars)
