yeah I don't think there's any real technical difference between a drone and a cruise missile (or torpedo) nowadays, they typically just use the term to describe weapons that can be remote controlled and/or have an autopilot but most modern projectiles do anyway
most of the 'drones' the Arabs and Persians are fielding are just steerable winged rockets
