Ah yes, the "tied hands in the back" myth

and I suppose all those soldiers that committed atrocities were just 'following orders'

If the arab league doesn't intervene for AT LEAST a truce or ceasefire Israel is going to curb stomp. Bad idea for a terrorist organization to attack the USA's gateway to the middle east.

I'm not making anything up. It's pretty well understood facts, you're the one putting a political spin on it claiming it's a conspiracy while i'm just saying what the generally understood history of the US military and any military is that they cannot defeat insurgency movements.

    cope harder

Hamas missiles are total shit and are often just a propane tank or modified fireworks. a popular theory at the moment is that they threw everything they had in order to deplete the iron dome and keep the radars from tracking the paragliders rather than trying to do real damage with them. we'll probably see way more carnage if Hez gets involved, which is possible

all they could've potentially done if they weren't constrained by reality (ie. having to explain all those bodies to their constituents and having to deal with losing air superiority to Soviet SAMs) is kill more people and that does not constitute a victory

Your leaders made wrong decisions that lead to defeat… how is that any different from any other defeat in history? Sound like you’re just a sore loser

Not being permitted to bomb key strategic targets or occupy north of an imaginary line had nothing to do with any thing huh stupid?

nothing consequential when you'd already lost 10,000 aircraft and your domestic population was revolting because they couldn't handle the number of children they'd lost to a war over intangible ideals

I was reading that the hippie counterculture movement was created by military intelligence to sabotage the anti war movement do you think that’s true lol? I didn’t know Jim Morrison’s dad was the commander of naval forces in Vietnam

I have no idea how successful they were but spooks did seem to use the leftist movements at the time as a sort of cultural testing ground. there were a lot of weird connections like the Morrison thing, they were involved in LSD supply and that recent book about Manson shows they had a lot of contact with him and his family - they probably didn't directly control the group but at least moulded his personality and ideology to a degree

I mean, IF it launches, IF it hits anywhere near where it's supposed to, IF it detonates... it's far less likely to kill anyone in a much smaller area than a modern industrially-manufactured weapon.

sure I wouldn't want to get hit with a falling propane tank either but they've historically been pretty shit at anything more than putting potholes in the road
