A bolt together eBay maybe will work would rip $500 out of my ass and there still is no guarantee I even have decent enough mounts left for those rubber doohickeys that hold the shit pipes.
A resonator, 2 mufflers and all the shit in-between can go get fucked cuz I paid some Charley to do it for me so I don't have to fight this one and can get back to trying to figure out how to plug in my Christmas lights.
God damn half you queers don't even have a bicycle yet you wanna argue with me about how a Saturn V rocket works.

if you strap a saturn V to the back of your car you wont need to worry about a broken exhaust pipe

Buy the correct OEM parts and do it yourself. It's simple...

my guess is either it was one of the cats with massive amounts of precious metals or precious metals prices back then were higher. last i checked about a year ago...with a cop who works in the cat-theft 'department'...he said they were about $200 if the buyer was lucky

they also get a higher price from a legitimate sale

Fonaplats victim of incest [daylong jump-start that nome]
    My car is fixed*

I got a text saying my car was done and I owed $917.
After work I went to go pick it up and the mechanic led me out to my car and started it up for me.
My immediate reaction was "What in the FUCK did you do to my car? Why'd you make it sound like a teenager's Honda Civic?"
His eyes got real big and he started trying to figure it out himself.
He said his guy test drove it and didn't say anything about it sounding like this.
I told him it sounded like shit and that I just wanted it to sound like a stock Subaru Legacy, not a 2 stoke dirt bike.
Annoyed and exhausted from working all day I insisted on him letting me get out of there.
I said "let me just pay you. I want to go home now."
Anyways, he knocked $50 off and said that there is a 2 year warranty and that even if in a month I come back and want the mufflers replaced that he will for free.
Then I asked about tires and he said if I buy tires he will do those free too.
So I paid him $867 and left with my car which immediately quieted down once it warmed up.
It's always loud when it's cold and tbh both my inner ear canals are clogged and I can't actually hear much of anything today.
The real annoying part was that I feel as though I need new exhaust tips now.
I feels like I got a decent deal and found an honest mechanic as he was willing to go to considerable lengths to make sure I left happy.
I'm going to write him a really fantastic google review.

in 3rd world countries people literally just throw away those cat converters because the lack of perceived value.

    its less than junk.

hes an incompetent mechanic. a very incompetent one if he doesnt know by now that car exhaust systems behave very differently in the cold and when hot.

be very careful with his "professional" advices and take them with a fistful of MSG.

That makes no sense since they're the ones that get all the general waste from human countries so their children and elderly can sort through it for the .0001 microgram quantities of semiprecious metals while exposing themselves to deadly toxins

    $867 😂😂😂
That could have been fixed for a couple hundred if you found a small exhaust shop

their general knowledge have yet to reach P.

cat converters are thrown away in spite like extracted bad tooth because theyre perceived as a performance robbing blockage.

I would have expected to have paid like €100 or so for a weld like that. There might have been more work needed.

they are but its relatively easy to smelt out the grid that holds the precious metals instead of tossing them into a dumpster

its hard to get a market for platinum or palladium.

tbh i cant even tell if a piece of shinny metal is platinum or chromium.

btw platinum are just junk industrial metal that the jéws managed to convince stupid goyims to wear it on their bodies,

    like diamonds.
