Why would they need our planet when they could just build a big shell around a star with something like 500,000,000 times the surface area and living space of a planet and basically unlimited energy resources.
If aliens are coming here and they’re probably not, I’d guess they’re just probes equipped with AI to observe and catalogue -

but this shit has been reported as far back as the 1940s when that kind of technology in no way existed. like the lights over Washington DC in 1952 and everytime the Airforce was scrambled they took off and then came back when the Pilots returned and this happened 3 times in one night. that was filmed by the way
also them diving into the Pacific Ocean and the "Shelf" off the coast of Long Beach and Laguna all the way down to San Diego region? there is a bunch of "Shelves" underwater that they thing these things hide under or have a base down there.
When I was staying in Laguna Nigel I saw them off the patio at the hotel we were staying at. at night. Lights coming up and then dropping down but no collision lights (Green/Red) so it wasn't planes flying towards and away. these things are often spotted. -

Most of that wall of text is incomprehensible bullshit but I saw you mention about the tic tac so I’ll talk about that a little bit. If the US government had things that could (according to reports):
1. Hover, fly, and accelerate without visible propulsion or lift mechanisms or exhaust plumes.
2. Instantaneously accelerate to hypersonic speeds without sonic booms.
3. Make abrupt maneuvers with directional changes that should generate extreme g-forces, more than any human pilot could survive.
4. Stealth capabilities, including intermittent invisibility to radar detection.
5. Rapid descent from extreme altitudes, at least from the top edge of radar coverage from the SPY-1 system (about 100,000 feet), within a couple seconds. That’s as high as we can see, for all we know they dropped into radar coverage directly from space.
6. All this and be able to stay in the sky for at least many hours at a time, it would need a very energy dense power source we can’t currently comprehend.
If we had all that then this represents multiple leaps in technology and physics not currently known to the public, the likes of which could transform industry and basically all of civilization overnight. If any single power had such an asymmetrically powerful technology, why wouldn’t they use it to instantly destroy all their enemies? Or commercialize it and make trillions of dollars? What incentive would they have to keep it secret except to take it out to troll US pilots every now and then. How does that benefit anyone?
It’s probably not aliens, but if they are real they’re more likely to be aliens than anything humans have.
