Hez is now co-ordinating missile strikes with Hamas, they hit roughly 10 settlements and military facilities (including a naval base) each simultaneously.
US and israel appear to be preparing for a joint air mission against the Yemeni missile capability.
Shiite militias in Iraq and Syria have fallen into the same command structure. Non-Shiite militias in Iraq (which are effectively an extension of their regular military) have been reactivated, and have effectively said that it's time for foreign militaries to leave.
Iran is urging Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan to cut energy supply to israel (together they supply something like 90% of israel's import oil and gas) and could potentially activate Shiite militias in those countries if they refuse.

that's Kiryat Shmona; you don't really see much footage of their missile hits because they primarily target the IDF's positions and most of the northern towns in israel (close to the Lebanese border) have been evacuated (60-120k people depending on who you ask).
also, WSJ ran an article claiming that Russia is transferring PANTSIRs to Hezbullah through Wagner (as a sort of proxy). I wouldn't normally put much stock in anonymous intelligence sources but Hez just reposted it with missile emojis
