You'd be ok if Aborigines went house to house beheading your family and neighbors and feel sympathy for their plight? -

I used the "Well everyone else is speeding officer" analogy for a reason…it's irrelevant to you speeding.
“Speeding” in this analogy being committing atrocities against innocence people, so that’s why I said good you agree they’re all terrorists then, to which you said “”
So not sure what exactly your position is supposed to be here. I’m with lanny, I don’t care if I get killed in a targeted attack by another country or if it’s collateral damage from a fake war started by another country, doesn’t make it any less wrong. And apparently you disagree with this, which is kind of an indefensible position. -

What you as the dead guy feels isn't relevant...your dead. What those left behind feel about it is what's relevant.
Lets make another analogy then that might be more pertinent.
Your 9yr old daughter is killed by a drunk driver
or
Your 9yr old daughter is abducted, raped tortured, filmed and the whole ordeal put on the internet.
You'd be more outraged by the latter yes?? -

yeah, because that's what yellow cake uranium is used to make

Aborigines have been full citizens since 1920 and have land rights over large swathes of the country, so the same justification does not exist. we don't bomb them and haven't taken their children since the 60s, outside of CPS cases which go after everyone.
if they did for whatever reason band together and attack non nigs for the state's attacks on them I'd fight them; I wouldn't expect outsiders with no stake in the conflict to see me as the poor blameless victim and send me shekels and shells. -

Originally posted by Kawkasian Targeting military installations or personnel during an established conflict wouldn't qualify as terrorism in my opinion. Going house to house raping and beheading people including children (as allegedly has happened) would be.
I mean it seems a pretty obvious distinction…civilians die in war…fact…does that mean everyone engaging in war is a terrorist? No.
If a Government or organization has a policy to attack civilians does that make them terrorists/war criminals? yes.
Is the aggressor more accountable than the defender? yes.
You know its why they've been hammering us with the word "terrorist" and "terrorism" for the past 20 years. They can create and put that label on just about anything, for the average American there can be no distinction, a "terrorist" is an enemy.
"Okay we got all this territory, now lets surround ourselves with women and children all the time and call anyone who attacks us a terrorist. It's fullproof!" At some point, you have to consider them all soft targets. I've never seen such a tryhard appeal to emotion from the media, at least since those Syrian chemical attacks that vaguely remember. -

2023-10-09 at 3:41 PM UTCIn the real world the ends justify the means. There has never been and never will be a war where civilians are not killed. Some countries try to limit it but you will never end it.
Armies often bomb, shoot or shell their own people so yeah sometimes civilians get the same. -

Sure, but I think beheading kids and raping women as part of their plan doesn't have much of a grey area... -

See above...of course civilians are going to get killed...a country/organization specifically targeting them though for abhorrent acts is quite different. -

Why even bother with an analogy when the real thing is right there? I’d be more outraged at between 300,000 and 1.2 million dead Iraqis than I am about 100 dead jèws -

it doesn't matter what I call them, as a party to the conflict I'd probably call them niggers
