I love Japan. I am a huge weeb. But I am not a huge fan of seafood, and being an island nation their cuisine is like 90% seafood (the other 10% being variously fermented beans). So... heretical as it feels to say it... Japanese food gotta go.

I kinda like the thai sauce on chicken wingies. That's about it though. Like I said, I am a SUPER TASTER so I know whats good and what's not.

Someone said American food isn’t an actual thing but there’s soul food and that’s something I can’t imagine never eating again. Cajun food is heavily inspired by the French and that shit is damn delicious. Saag paneer and garlic naan is one of the best things I’ve ever eaten in my life, so Indian food definitely stays, regardless of the fact that it looks like baby shit. Oh well. Never been sad in a Mexican restaurant. Pizza? Ok. And who doesn’t want to get slapped with a fresh dick every time they eat sushi.
I can definitely live without an egg rool. Y’all are wild.

Italian easy. Pizza is cool and all but pasta is like low-flavor high-fat goop dripping off a giant pile of carbs. I mean I'll go to town on a plate of pasta, but also I'd survive if I never had it again as well.

Pasta and pizza are a very miniscule part of the average Italian diet.
French food way underrated. Coq au vin. Beouf Bourguinon. Duck confit.
I actually like Indian food or at least certain kinds. Then again most if the Indian dishes i like most have coconut milk and stuff which tastes a lot like thai food. A lot of it is also like tarragon and raisins and cardamom and HERES SOME TOMATO GARLIC CHOCOLATE GRAVY so idk that could probably go as long as i get thai curries.
idk what even constitutes “American”. BBQ? Burgers? Chowda? We seem to just take the outward trappings of a certain cuisine and then suck all the life out of it and make it less good.
