I was just asking because it looks like it was seasoned well. The only pans I cook with are cast iron. Even for bacon and scrambling eggs. I just deal with shit getting stuck to them but I don't think most people use them like that.

I've been strength training for years
at this point I can outwalk people chasing after me trying to mug me
I turn a corner BOOM i'm gone I actually see them catch up at the same corner (while i'm gone already) and they are looking around trying to find me, sometimes I wave at them from the bridge on top of stairs, you better have your cardio on point because I briskly walked up those stairs you now have to run up to catch me, and it's all downhill for me and I can descend faster than you can ascend
I wish the police or more criminals chased me but I only go to the store to get food. I should walk around at night aimlessly, I used to get into all kinds of trouble doing that... but mostly just talked to a lot of homeless prostitutes and bought meth

The stuff I say about carbs doesn't apply as much to women just trying to lose weight. Carbs help make you fat when you're mixing it with fat. Like if you put coconut oil on an apple it will make you gain weight but either or you can be losing weight I think because fruit is so low in calories. I think you will lose a lot more muscle doing that than like keto. Women shouldn't be skinny fat either but they can get away with that more than men.

This is the syrup I'm talking about though. Mix it with eggs and some stevia and it's super sweet. The butter flavoring isn't necessary but gives it the cake batter taste.
