that looks good, Candy. I need to get "Full on 4" so one day I might be able to eat corn on the cob again. i miss that.
Face planted when pushed into a car and cracked my teeth. but they didn't shatter until later. 10 years later they just started to crack bit by bit and I had them all pulled. got partials instead of implants.
couldn't afford it.
but I miss eating without having to cut things up tiny.

It really is a bonding experience working out together..we did track last summer too
Buy this summer when I started wanting to workout again I could tell butt wasn’t ready ..but as he saw me getting into the groove he naturally wanted to too…
It feels really good to be on a journey to a healthier lifestyle together..
At the track butt was doing long distance running around the track …
I chose to sprint really fast and then walk ..over and over in intervals…
My heart rate was so fast ..getting that great cardiovascular boost that’s so very imperative…
Been eating a lot of fruit and haven’t had soda in a week or more …still deciding on a cheat day …which is good to boost metabolism and avoid platues…
Cooler temps coming will make it even better to run ..I’ll definitely stay out there longer then ..
We did about an hour today ..
Great stretches before and after ….
Just feels really good ..❤️

when you work out it makes eating more of a treat and well respected as opposed to being inactive and eating for depression as many of us have.
and treats like Newtons Strawberry Low fat 0 Added sugar are better than things like high fructose shit. another one is Murrys Sugar Free cookies. I like the chocolate chips and they taste like Chip Ahoys but no sugar yet sweet.
but I been trying not to eat those daily but just a treat one day a week. Im sticking to just eating mostly chicken and veggie smoothies with protein powder and berries to sweeten it a bit plus pistachios thrown in and blend it into puree
My weight isn't going up anymore and is starting to come down. I lost 3 pounds this week. goal is 2 per week.
maybe by Christmas I'll be back down to 210 or 205. Id be happy at 200 or 195
