I just started eating less carbs though. So I will lose a little weight. When I was eating all this rice over the past month I was trying put on a little weight to help get stronger or get over the hump. I used to be doing keto and losing fat and simultaneously be getting stronger.
Former Oakland/LA Raider Lyle Alzado was one of many who died from Cancer related to steroids but my point was even people who power lifted and didn't take steroids will flex their artery and heart valve muscles if they get addicted to power weight lifting.
Also its good to lift weights but there was new evidence showing in the long run it can actually cause heart damage and other pulmonary related issues. I didnt say to stop lifting weights. just whatever,. Do your thing, My Man. go for it.

I did bear crawls this morning while it was dark and nobody could see me crawling around on the ground like an idiot. I did one set of light squats and deadlifts and my knee kind of hurts so I'm not doing anymore today. I will do leg curls and leg extensions.
I've been using those 70lb dumbbells for one arm benchpresses. It's a lot harder and other stuff has to work to stabilize yourself. I saw this boxing trainer doing it a while back. But it's like farmer's carries with two hands vs 1.

I can really feel a difference when I lose weight. When I'm doing stuff to burn fat and not eating a lot of carbs trying to put weight on I can feel a big difference of like 5 or 10 pounds with my joints and bones.
But it's not the same as just losing it from drugs or not eating. Probably because you lose muscle that way too. It feels like taking off ankle weights or something.
