Woman goes to the doctors...
Woman "Doctor, can you take a look at my head, it's very itchy and it feels like there might be a growth on there"
The doctor looks and says "Hmmm that is strange, it looks like there is a sandy patch like a small beach on your head...come back in a week"
A week passes and the woman goes back to the doctor
Doctor examines here head "Well I've never seen anything like this...now besides the beach are grassy sand dunes and clear blue waves...come back again next week"
Another week passes and the woman goes back to the doctors
"Doctor, it's really becoming unbearable please do something"
Doctor looks at her head again "Well! now there is a deck chair and sun umbrella on the beach and a small table with an exotic drink sitting on it...I have no idea what this could be I've never seen anything like it...come back next week and I'm sure I'll know what it is"
For the 4th week the woman arrives at the doctors and he examine her head, this time he finds the beach scene now also has a couple of coconut trees and he can hear some Hawaiian music playing when he puts his ear near to it. \

The women pleads "Please doctor what is it I've been so worried"
