    they're fairly muscular but I do need to do pullups to work on the Lower trapezius muscles which are between the shoulders. in the shoulder blade region.

    And deadlifts are probably the best thing to make your traps bigger. I do pull-ups and shrugs but it seems like they don't really get big unless I'm doing deadlifts.



    I started doing deadlifts regularly a week ago and they seem to be getting bigger.

    there is talk of it being genetically modified. I have got to the point where I'm asking myself why Im gaining weight when I have been eating less and not eating before going to bed. i was never this heavy. I realize its natural for a large percentage of people after such and such age to gain weight (then they usually lose it as they get real old) but I'v heard it was engineered. maybe its not. maybe shut in from COVID19 didn't help and trained the body to not workout as much. I been doing treadmill in my apt and then walk close to 3 miles up to 4 but it's up steep hills going into the hill. steep elevations. however I used to live near a state park with really steep hills I would walk 4-5 miles a day some 10 years ago. I wouldn't eat more but I noticed my weight would drop then Plataea out then go back up. it turned out my thyroid was fucked up. I have hypothyroidism. but I see more and more fat people that perhaps it really is modified foods. I was half joking about spraying shit on it (like lard) but who knows what is happening. Not just the USA, I see videos of people in England and they're getting beastly large too.

    Lard wouldn't be the problem. Corn has always made people (and cows) fat. I think that's the main thing that's genetically modified. Idk about your thyroid, but I know a lot of people get fat from medication. Probably from fucking up hormones the way birth control makes women look bad. You're not that old either. Idk how hard it is to lose weight then but Speedy says he does.

    Testosterone helps burn fat but your body produces more when your body fat is within a certain range too. So that's one reason all men should try to be there. The main thing is making yourself do something initially and actually pushing yourself. It should make you want to do more.
