You eat cookie dough ice cream when your gf leaves and say you're glad you're getting older so you aren't "vain" anymore. You would feel better and do something about her if you were healthy and felt better. -

I love my icecream. its all i have left. I have to stop drinking beer.
my hearts no doubt all fucked up. Pulminary Fibrosis for decades (probably from my pops iron Worker days in Oakland, brings me into the mill with asbestos snowing down off the cranes and shit.
right around the time they stop using it. that or him throwing his coveralls over the chair and us kids breathing that toxic shit in. I somehow got exposed to it. really nothing else causes it. asbestos contaminated.
that count-down to lung death
i'll find out in a few weeks. getting a cardiogram. if Im OK and it's negative, I still have Pulmonary Fibrosis because it showed up on a high-Ct scan 20 plus years ago. all scared up.
I'm surprized I lived this long. so why you wanna take a white boy's ice cream away from him? -

You need cut your carbs back to like nothing for a while. What little carbs you should be getting should be from green vegetables.
Idk what exercise you do but if you're doing anything you will lose weight and get your body fat way down. It will make you feel better. -

they're fairly muscular but I do need to do pullups to work on the Lower trapezius muscles which are between the shoulders. in the shoulder blade region. -

That not muscle it's fat that flows from your ears to the tops of your arms at about a 22.5 degree slope. -

I been doing protein shakes, trying to have less fruit and mostly veggies. but apples are good as are blue berries. I think they're spraying our groceries with something that is making everyone grow fatter. something weird is going on.
I like to do a brisk walk on the treadmill then go walk 2-3 miles sometimes the extra steep mile up into the hills. lightly lift weights for now until I actually lose weight first. then power lift. need more arobics and stomach tightening but I can't do Situps. My back is fucked. so the Sports Trainer who did PT and is a known Chiropractor for an NFL team some 20 years ago showed me to put my feet up on the wall and do situps that way. have the feet and knee even horizontally and it helps a bit.
also My back is curved as fuck. I sleep on my gut so my gut pushes out more than is fat. but it's fat too -

Lol they're not spraying it with anything to make you fat. People always want an excuse not to take responsibility for stuff. If you cut carbs and exercise you will lose fat. But it's not great for building muscle and imo unhealthy if you do it for long. I will start getting sick even though I take vitamins. -
