It has a class 12 liquor license which men's the sales must be a minimum of 40% food. Currently it's averages 57% food and 43% liquor with a total gross sales average of about $250,000 per month. My payments will be about $3500 per month.

I'm getting a turn key operations complete with staff, management, stock, a loyal customer base which all know and like me, 5 acres of property with ample parking, and all recipes. I do have to sign an NDA on his Jack Daniels beans.

Anyhow this is all set to close on or before September 1st. Once I have they keys I'll let you know where it is and what it's called. That way the internet tuff guyz can vist anytime they wish.

It's smart of you not to say where it is now.

Pretty sure Speedy is retired and says he has plenty of income so he doesn't have to become wealthy off this place. Most important for us old guys is to keep busy after retirement. Ones I see die early are the ones that sit all day watching TV, I do various stuff around the house and sometimes go work one some old clients car. Gets me out the house, talk to people, help old guys out and make a few extra shekels.

I would guess a lot of people fail in the bar/food biz they think it will be fun like hanging out in their favorite bar instead of being serious.

To be more specific, I think it's physical activity that may let you live longer. When I see reports on this they try to make it seem like people's shitty monotonous jobs give them purpose and that's why they live longer. Or maybe for some people they see it that way.

Of course it's the activity, I never said to keep working your slave wage job but just keep busy. That could be anything not just a job.

Sounds like you'll have a good time if everything else is already in place like you said. Some people are just built for that life. Are you gonna be like the hands on type of owner who knows how to do everything like if someone quit you would have no problem jumping in and cooking or bartending or serving or whatever?

he doesnt need the money and as a vet, he has a moral obligation to help other vets that are less fortunate.

your logic that a vet shouldnt donate to other vets is retarded, its like saying humans shouldnt donate to less fortunate humans because .... they re humans.

The VA is a government org for veterans so his taxes help run it. Maybe Speedy donates to non-gov places that help vets, I do things for vets sometimes but I'm not going to donate to someplace my taxes pay for.

I do shit for lots of people Vinny so maybe you should not talk shit if you don't know a person.

Here's a new fucking ideal Vinny. Why don't you tell us a little about your life. I don't need to justify my life to an internet persona.
