    also when business get sold off and new owners take over people start complaining "Foods not the same" and there will be a trickle down
    
    most managers create a new menu and new theme to keep things fresh. often family members will pass off ownership to keep it in the family and then change out establishment designs and place "under new ownership with new menu's" to keep the party rockn and the cash flowing.

    Plenty of businesses restaurants/bars/hotels etc transition to new ownership/management and are successful. Of course there are plenty of failures too...but if you only focus on the failed ones and not on the successful ones then you're the fool.
