I've actually thought about going out in a similar way in times past. One day just giving up and refusing to move, to comply with anything, until either death or I've had enough. Feeling what it really means to give up on life and stop trying, give in to the impulse, and see whether it's the biggest relief, the most at peace, I've ever felt in my life; even if it's only a short vacation.

It actually makes MAOIs safer when paired with it. Nortriptyline (TCA) could also be used, but it's far less selective and has more side effects. Learned about it a while ago from Ken Gillman at psychotropical some time ago.

Voltaren can reduce the effectiveness of Lisinopril but I'm also on a beta blocker which also helps lower blood pressure. She said she was worried about kidney function but I just had a metabolic panel done and kidney function came back perfect. Basically I got a "fuck you, take Tylenol."
