I actually worked as a nursing assistant in a psyche ward and I believe most of them had some hereditary predisposition.
A tweaker can go off the rails and get wacked out pretty bad but can comeback. (a tweaker at least has some insight and can admit to why they are having those problems..)
A lot of people have always fundamentally had something different about them and I don't think drugs played a part in it.

you didnt read a single thing i fucking posted, did you. my reply was based on what the OP stated as his situation

where i live, a psych ward is not the place where they initially bring certain off-the-rails fruit cakes, as described by the OP. if the person has not committed a criminal offense, they are brought to the local nut house under the legal premise of a state law allowing someone to be locked up against their will for 72 hours. yes, thats against the constitution but they do it anyways. once they are brought there, 99.9% of the time in handcuffs, they are evaluated then either placed in a room with all the other loonies, after being well sedated, or if they are violent, given a heavy dose of sedative and locked in leather restraints until whatever fruit-juice theyre on leaves their system.

That sounds like a first hand account. Was it scary for you when the drugs started wearing off. At what point after you woke up did you realize the black orderlies had raped your bleeding anus? It all makes sense now why you ran from niggers when they finally released you.
