Ok I just had another chat with Edith and she's thinking it's a no on Silly.
She wants me to get someone else in for Thursday and Friday and if they don't work out then ask Yemmy to come back next week. (with the stipulation no chewing gum allowed).
I told her "ok but if Nadia applies I'm going to have her come in Thurs/Fri"
I discussed Nadia with Edith yesterday and we (I) both agreed that she's a hot Ukrainian refugee looking for a sugar daddy. Edith said "If she's looking for a sugar daddy what does that have to do with your tight ass?"
I said "I do have a tight ass don't I"...and turned around so she could see it.

Yes, she gets more difficult the older she gets..I try to explain to her when looking for an employee them "smelling of smoke" or "chewing gum to loud" isn't really grounds to dismiss them if their work is good.

Edith just came in and said Silly asked to leave 30 mins early...(on his last day after only working 2 days).
I went back there and said "Hey Silly, you want to leave at 4? that's fine I can cut your time 30 mins.
He said "oh can't you pay me for it"...
This is the state of the low tier employment ladder when they expect getting paid for 30 mins they take off after only 2 days on the job
