NISSERS, pick the new Hire

   I just placed an ad for an Assembly Temp about 30 mins ago and already have over 20 applicants. After discussion with the underlings we are agreed upon hiring based on their name sounding like a Nigerian one (as generally Nigerians seem like hard workers and from a personal perspective are always very pleasant to this English master)
   
   Of the 20+ candidates so far I have 2 with Nigerian sounding names. I'm going to hire one of them based on you guys votes I'll be making the decision either by end of day today or Monday morning.

   Screw Egbo, Adeyemi assembles widgets 10 times as fast. Egbo isn't a good candidate. Adeyemi is the best.

I didn't vote because I don't want to influence your decision when I know nothing about the candidates even though you probably were joking when you said that and were being tongue in cheek. I see you as having too much integrity... at least at your job

    to let fate dictate the new hire. Whoever it is I hope he works out. Companies spend a lot of money training and hiring new employees. The Smart Companies take care of the good employees and keep them happy because in the long run it's more costly to get a new one.
