made a tea of a bunch of weird expensive herbal bullshit i got with the health food store gift card i won. stretching then gonna bike up the hill a couple times real quick to try to fall back asleep. failing that, ive got a bottle of red wine and some sleepy pills.
Oh and i bought a cheapish DSLR n have been fucking around with it since i have so few creative outlets. Met someone at the bar who works for one of the video game studios nearby and shes been showing me which settings are good for which lighting and what lenses i should be using, etc.

How do you meditate and how does it feel? I don't know if I do it right, I just visualise being on a hill, some monks see me and start chasing me. I can either get on a broomstick and fly across the ocean to play chess on a pirate ship, or I go into the forest where there's a cottage and I talk with my gods. Or there's a cave which leads to my real life.
You have to climb the highest mountain, perch yourself on the very tip, with your legs and arms crossed, close your eyes, tilt your head back, then hum the theme to the Sound of Music.
