I'm still bleeding and feel lethargic and like I'm not grounded. Tonight I feel like watching The Loved Ones and online shopping. Then in the morning I'll go to the forest, arcade or graveyard. Things have to be still for a moment because there's too much going on. Not sure what to have for breakfast...

just fine i guess. keep waiting for something to happen. i mean im grateful i dont feel awful at least. Ive been being more brutally honest with people and its lost me some friends but honestly its so much extra energy trying to pretend to care about extraneous shit anymore.

This is how it was when I used to get sleep paralysis, it was most of the times in the cusp of falling asleep..I could actually feel it was about to happen but there was nothing I could do to stop it
