and yeah, cool as the KA-52 is the sheer density of anti-air on both sides makes helicopters super risky (from a cost perspective at least) to deploy. that's one of the reasons (aside from doctrine) why Russia hasn't been using aircraft at the same level the US did in places like Iraq and Afghanistan; even if they fly above MANPAD/AA Artillery range there are still a bunch of S-200s and BUKs hidden around the place -

He speaks before Putin does on the 24th. Shows he is not afraid and the US will continue to back Ukraine. There is absolutely nothing Russia can do to win at this point. All the Orcs can do is kill and scorch the earth. How many thousands more Russian boys have to die to accomplish this is the only other question.

not about it being 'Islamic', more that Khadyrov is a hilariously dangerous retard. Chechenya's still facing major problems with separatists; some of the best ISIS units were Chechens who cut their teeth against Russia in the Chechen wars and many went on to serve in the Ukraine. Creating a paramilitary outside of the greater Russian command structure is asking for trouble, and having Khadyrov at the head of it would be insane.
