I can definitely understand the sentiment. I did smash my head against the refrigerator, using the door sometimes, and the wall, but it was never enough for serious damage and I may have become unusually insensitive to physical pain. That was due to having a severe mental breakdown and entering into severe suicidal depression.
But, damn, the extreme OCD thought patterns and inability to stop thinking. Yeah man, you need something serotonergic and GABAergic. Nardil is my preferred choice, but some SSRIs seem to work for some people, along with benzos. Fuck, it's not like you can't change your habits to some extent at least. It's an odd thing to do, but I really should try letting my brain shut the fuck up and just experience the external world as much as possible. I'm constantly getting lost in my thoughts.
