But it's interesting to me that you think that humans and fish cannot coexist.

What is your plan to fight the fish?

    Where did I say that?

You a mind reader now? lolol.

You said that saying that fish and humans could coexist was foolish.

I agree with you. Fish are sneaky bastards. They are plotting. Plotting our demise.

    Fish are basically aquatic jedis.

OH that's actually an ejection, I wasn't paying attention before and assumed it was some sort of emergency protocol if the front jet fails

to be fair VTOL's always been a problem even before the F35 program though

Lol that's not the only one.

They say it's worth 80M but probably way more in Moscow or Beijing. If they were smart they would fly off and retire.

the system 'works', it's just too complicated and prone to failure for it to be worthwhile... nobody deploys them outside of very small numbers

^ I remember something very similar as a kid at an airshow I attended. The crowd formed a circle about 200ft in diameter (which was taped off) and a harrier came and landed in the middle of it with us all surrounding it. It blew my mind as as young-fella-me-lad.

They'd never allow such a thing these days because of saftey regulations etc.

They were extremely complicit to our re-invasion of the Falkland islands. Would have been way more difficult without the Harriers.

And they done the job perfectly

Was you even born back in 1982 alder?

There's a video I remember seeing at the time (I've never been able to find it) of a Harrier being chased by an Argentinian Mirage jet and the harrier does a "top gun" move....slows and virtually stops and the mirages flies by and boom! the harrier takes him out.
