That's narcissistic personality disorder. I get the confusion because NPD and ASPD have high co-morbidity. However a pure psychopath just learns how to express/mimic/experience/transmit emotion less intuitively than neurotypical people. Also, they are unable to feel fear, or guilt. If they have shallow affect more generally speaking then it is likely that they regard themselves as superior, since they themselves are less susceptible to emotions, both positive and negative. And therefore less susceptible to emotional manipulation.
Now add in a hefty dose of NPD, and you get a dangerous individual. Especially if there is a sadistic component to their condition. Doubly so if they are a sexual sadist. Then you get Ted Bundy typa niggas.

Being on the losing end is a matter of perception. Psychopathy is a social disorder, where parts of the individual that in neurotypical individuals govern pro-social behavior, don't work all that well. That goes both ways, not only would a psychopath care little for what other people consider "meaningful connection" they wouldn't even know what that would feel like. Because they can't. Obviously they adapt, most psychopaths probably realize they're not like everyone else.

However the ASPD gene people that have suffered childhood trauma generally tend to be the extremely violent ones. -

2022-11-04 at 12:59 AM UTCWhile going through the process to which I got my diagnosis, my psychologist mentioned that whenever I spoke, my face did not move. I showed no facial expressions that gave her any indication as to what emotions I may be feeling. If I told a story, she had no idea how it affected me. Was I sad, angry, happy? She didn't know. When she asked how I felt about certain stories or questions I had answered, it would take a long time for me to give her an answer. I felt that whenever I tried to concentrate on how certain things made me feel, my mind would shut off entirely and I would be drawing a blank. I would look to her and shrug my shoulders. Emotions do not come to me relatively easy. To be able to identify them, they must be substantial enough to make a difference in how I process certain information, otherwise I cannot tell you what I am feeling. This lack of being able to understand or express emotions is what is called alexthymia and it is a marker that would suggest schizoid traits.
Furthermore, on the physical side of things, I find that when I am not consciously put effort into myself, my face does not move on its own. I find facial expressions rather tedious and exhausting the more I have to use them. The muscle movements themselves do not tire me, rather the constant conscious effort and attention I need to put towards them. When I am relaxed, I find that my face falls into a very "dark" unmoving stare that makes people uncomfortable when I interact with them, so I always have to keep note of my muscle movements and how they may be affecting the conversation. On too many occasions, my friends have caught me on this and they now refer to it as "the death stare". I would say that this quality is what I would see as a "flat affect" and along with stunted emotions and a very restricted range of them, that is what I would consider to be a "blunted affect".The following users say it would be alright if the author of this post didn't die in a fire! -

and even if you've achieved a lot in life by the time you're 70 (big plus for narcissistic types), you're prob never gonna be as spry as an 18 year old who's young dumb and full of cum (could see this being a huge negative). you can lord your wealth and achievements over them if you have those, but they can just be like "lol lmao im 18 not 900 like u i havent had time to make that much yet. but i can do a backflip, loser. can u?" and you've got no comeback (or u try it because ur ego is fragile and break ur hip because ur an old fart and it is also fragile)
aging itself is unusually relevant to those with narcissistic traits, but prob wouldn't be super relevant to the happiness of people with psychopathic ones?

I have moved six times in about ten months (the longest being Florida for 117 days) and in a week/or so, I'mma move again, I plan to move again four more times before I go through:
