Zelensky actually went begging to israel for Iron Dome (fun aside: Russians are calling the tactic of trying to shoot down drones with AKs something that roughly translates to 'Scruffy Dome') and they told him that it couldn't intercept the kind of missiles Russia is using. Iron Dome is basically just a network of Patriot batteries with bugs ironed out, and last I looked into it they still required an AEGIS-ASHORE complex to co-ordinate them.
The GERAN-2 drones Russia is using at the moment seem to be a domestic version of the Iranian Shahed-129s which have actually been designed to evade Iron Dome and similar systems - they run a small petrol motor to drive a propellor meaning they don't generate anywhere near as much heat as a jet engine, and much of the airframe is made of styrofoam or plastic so they're extremely difficult to track on radar.
