though that whole spate of atrocity propaganda came out just before the US started bombing raids against Libya if I remember right, so it could be laying the groundwork for increased participation in the conflict.
in context, the AFU is withdrawing from Kharkov, the UN voted on calling Russia terrorists and the Russian MoD reports that a large chunk of the 300,000 reserves are already ready to go to the new territories.

The ones listed are mostly friendly to Russia, including China, Serbia and a bunch of post-Soviet states. They didn't issue those advisories on or during the waves of attacks starting from the 11/10, so this looks to be something different.
Some of the 300k reinforcements are arriving at the front (no idea how many of them; some need more training time than others) which will free up WAGNER and the LDNR forces to go do other things.

why doesn't Israel offer its Dome Defense network to aid these drones? we help Israel with funding and they won't help other countries?
