hey everyone, haven't been working out much but i got a new extra THICC yoga mat and a carrying strap so I can comfortably carry it to my yoga places (which I don't have any yet) so i been just doin these lil 20 minute videos here and there when no one lookin and my joints like my foot (which was sprained) and my knees are a lot better but even like my neck feels better and i haven't been waking up with as much shoulder pain as I have been.
I'm on my smallest belt loop but my pessimestic side wonders if that's just because I own one leather belt and wear it everyday and it's just getting stretched out xD LOL that'd be some shit.
My food stamp card stopped working so I gotta order a new one so I've been eating out of pocket for cash which i don't like to do, so i've been really eating cheaply, but i figure that's ok cuz when i do get my card i'll have a good amount of BidenBucks and able to go back to eating my preferred diet of fresh or frozen veggies, fresh fruit, oysters, fish, and BANG energy drinks

also i've really been getting into eating different types of olives, be they green, or black, or w/e and some of them are really expensive so i go to the grocery store and they have an olive bar (ooooo wee weee how fancy) and the olives are really fucking expensive, so what i do is get a big deli cup and i walk around putting olives in there, one of each usuaully, while i'm doing that, i also eat one of each, and then when i walk away from the olive bar, i just leave the cup of olives on the shelf in the next aisle LOL!

I'm not actively working out besides working full time and great sex life ...
I will resume traditional workouts in the spring because i like working out outside...
But for now it's more cushion for the pushin'

I joined a new gym I told them I like the YMCA except that they close hella early on the weekends when I like to take my bath anyway it cost more.than the Y

Yo yall remember in august when i was bitching about how fat I was getting in rehab, i developed a belly, like when I sit at a 90 degree angle, between my thighs and my back, I put my hand palmside up under my belly and push in as hard as I can, and I count how many fingers worth of belly protrude over my hand, when I was in rehab it was 7 fingers yall!!!! 215lb!!!
Now I'm at 180-185 & 3 fingers, which is acceptable, ideally I'd like to be at 2 fingers/170lb. I realize I (because of my fucked up mind and what i think might be classified as body dismorphia) see myself as ridiculously fat @ 4-7 fingers worth of bellyfat when i'm sitting in a position that protrudes the belly and jamming my hand into my body in order to idk exaggerate how bad it is in order to view myself in the worst possible way.
But whatever, I've lost 30-35lb since August 10th so that's like what 18 weeks? And all i did was cut out lunch, bedtime snacks, sugar, and not eat straight up shit. Pretty happy with how everythings going, smoking a lot of weed kinda numbs me from hunger which helps a lot too, i had a huge breakfast today and just had the rest of the pancakes i couldn't finish at breakfast, so being only 3 fingers fat despite all of that is pretty 10/10 top tier (for me)
Gonna continue not eating fatty cheeses, lots of breads, as little fast food as possible and most of all keep walking 4-6 miles a day because that shits really helping my body feel better being active outside in the sun, sweating and drinking water, and doing low impact medium cardio activities (I walk as fast as I can when I do walk, knowing that this is my primary form of passive exercise)

i do the finger measurement mainly because I don't always have access to a tape measure or even clothing in sizes measured in inches all the time, so it works.
The supermarket has a people scale for people to use, I will use it next time I am down that way and report back about how much I weigh.
