Yes there's a difference in pursuing owning a home and buying a home with someone who you just met 6 months ago...Don't do it fona.

You idiots are always telling me not to do stuff and then I do it and everyone is like "woah, he knew what he was doing".
I'd much rather move now than wait until Biden dies and Kamala becomes president only to make things that much worse.
And at the end of the day(mortgage) I plan on kicking it there for a long long time so more focused on my happiness than saving some shekels.
I feel a little bad that the kid will have to go to Rosa Park's Learning Center but it's better than her having to see drunk Mexicans pissing me off every day.

Are you even taking into consideration what I've said? I have attorney friends that specialize in divorce cases and you will end up on the losing end of this deal with 100% certainty
Good luck and be sure to make freds about the aftermath

    Fona...

I'm still stuck on the mortgage from 2002 as the primary borrower...fortunately exwife #1 has been paying it on time etc, but that mortgage on my record makes getting another one somewhat difficult (but not impossible as I just got one...though at a higher interest rate because of it).

Even though in the divorce papers it clearly states she gets the house and land and assumes the debt, the lender doesn't care about that and I am still listed as primary borrower and when you look up the tax record I'm listed as the owner.

So she got the house and land and I have the debt listed on my credit report...again fortunately she's always paid it on time but if she defaulted that would fuck my credit up and again...make it difficult to get another mortgage while that one is still on it.

That's the point we idiots are making...entering into a 30yr (or other) mortgage with someone you haven't known a year is not a smart move...I was married when I did it and it still went to shit and now still "haunts" my credit report.

Great that you want to buy a house...my advice after losing 2 the same way is...buy a house on your own...so it's yours, that's what I'm doing right now...only took me 2 houses and 30yrs to figure that out.

ugly women with children are less likely to divorce than hot woman with no child.

i think fona is going to do just fine with his moderately used, below average looking sweatheart.

As a resident of the great state of Ohio I fully understand that no matter how much I try and protect myself from losing everything to a woman that the system is 100% against me and she will get to keep everything no matter what.
The fuck do I care though.

I think its a troll because you have poor credit and nobody in their right mind would buy a house with a wench and her cum trophy 6 months after meeting them
