2022-09-29 at 4:11 PM UTCI can give you an example of a handgun failure per my carry license instructor.
He had an intruder in his house...or trying to get in his house a few years ago. Him and his wife were in bed and they heard someone fucking around outside, the guy grabbed his hand gun and went downstairs and just as he did he saw the patio double doors opening in the back of the house...it was too dark he said for him to see anyone so he aimed right between the opening double doors and took a couple of shots.
The interloper ran off. It appeared he was not hit by the bullets as no blood was visible anywhere and the cops told him no one showed up at local hospitals with bullet wounds.
...a shotgun would have much more likely hit him. -

Dogs are restrictive...You can't just go away for a weekend because the dumb fucks can't be left on their own for days at a time..cats can be and don't really give a fuck if you are there or not. -

(Oh and it's better to kill them than wound them...if you kill them they can't sue you..though of course their family still can) -

Dogs aren't for defense unless you spend 10s of thousands in training. They are alarms. Guns are for defense and insurance is fir property protection when your not home. What is your cat going to do if someone breaks in while your away? -
