No, anyone responding would put and end to MAD. A singular nuke would be protested but not responded to UNLESS it was dropped on a "protected" country...Ukraine isn't a protected country.
The US, UK, Germany etc are not going to respond with nukes knowing it's the end of civilization for 1 nuke on a bumfucked country. -

You know where there is a lot of "living space" for brown immigrants? In the middle of the ocean. Far away from anything but miles and miles of water in every direction including up when it rains. -
