Lol just smoke him out and put a bunch of tacks and Legos underneath the attic door so when he comes out all frantically he doesn't have time to notice them and hurts is feet real bad while you await nearby then laugh at him and tie him up so you can burn him alive in your oven or fireplace. The animal catcher guy person isn't available until Tuesday and all he wants to do us put a 1 way door on the hole the animal is using and come back to patch it up after the animal leaves.
Only problem with that is the house has more holes than swiss cheese. -

Probably squirrels 🐿, after he traps a few, if they’re not smart enough to grab the bait without getting trapped more will come.
We had squirrels in the attic, landlord had carpenters patch the holes closed.
Within 2 months they managed to pry away the patches and got back in.
We used these Just One Bite II 16 oz. Rodent Rat Bait Cake Blocks 44.99 - (Pack of 8) poison blocks as bait in the same cheap traps. Break them into smaller pieces and watch them disappear along with the squirrels or any other rodents who eat them.

My girlfriend was very against me handling it myself.
Anyways, there is a rack on in one of the traps already.
