Both towers were pulverized into dust. Not even a single body, phone or a fax machine was found. BUT, within just hours, they retrieved intact passports from the rubble and started giving them the rounds on CNN and MSNBC.

Yet not one of the 4 black boxes were recovered from the twin towers site. In fact not one of the 8 black boxes from that day was recovered. In fact that day is the 1stvtime in the history of black boxes that any black box was not recovered intact.
I was working 2 blocks behind Macy's in NYC on the 6th floor of the Mary McFadden building on 11SEP01. I was living in NE Jersy 20 miles from the GW. 6 months later I went into the city for dinner down at the Fulton Fish Market. The sidewalk heading into the market was right on the edge of the fenced off area from ground zero. Every month or so they would move the fence a few blocks closer to the actual site. My point is that 6 months afterwards you could feel the heat and smell the burn from the fence line. Jet fuel and office furniture does not burn forv6 months,.
