   any "mechanic" that casually ruled out foul play as one of the reason thetes water in your oil are not qualified for anything mechanical or engineering otyer than changing engine oils and maybe if they behave, changing oil feelters.

    As mentioned it's easy to remove some water from the radiator by simply taking off the radiator cap and siphoning a little out or using a turkey baster.
    
    As for checking water in the oil you basically have to open the oil drain plug to sample enough fluids to make a determination. Taking off the radiator cap is much easier than crawling around the underside of the car and taking the drain bolt off.
