    As mentioned it's easy to remove some water from the radiator by simply taking off the radiator cap and siphoning a little out or using a turkey baster.

    As for checking water in the oil you basically have to open the oil drain plug to sample enough fluids to make a determination. Taking off the radiator cap is much easier than crawling around the underside of the car and taking the drain bolt off.
