GENEVA, 4 July. /TASS/. The plan for the restoration of Ukraine is currently estimated at $ 750 billion, Kyiv sees the confiscated assets of the Russian Federation as the main source of its financing. Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal stated this on Monday at an international conference in Luganno.

"Who should pay for the recovery plan, which is already valued at $750 billion? We believe that the confiscated assets of Russia and Russian oligarchs should be the key source of funding," he said, speaking at a conference on the restoration of Ukraine.
"The frozen assets of Russia, according to various estimates, range from $300 billion to $500 billion. Some countries have already begun the process of not just freezing, but also confiscating these assets. We are grateful to Germany for the first steps, and are grateful to Canada and the United States for preparing national legislation," continued Shmyhal, expressing hope for the same steps from all partners.
LMAO looks like Ukraine will be taking the proceeds of Russian assets confiscated by the west. -

pretty sure that one was sent from detention by one of the two guys from Alabama who got caught recently
either way both Russia and the Ukraine seem to have pretty loose controls on phone use in the field aside from the MoD kicking their dicks off for posting video without approval -

2022-07-06 at 4:02 PM UTCThe Ukrainians really do have a whole "wunderwaffen" approach to military things, while the Russians just use massed artillery. Very WW2.

well, so long as you're not paying for it I guess...
speaking of I just saw an article about new, portable anti-drone jammers - https://tass.com/politics/1476173
looks like they spam noise across multiple bands and specifically defeat frequency hopping, meaning they're going to be effective against any sort of common wireless carrier signal. not anything new or novel but a turnkey package that will shut down most wireless devices you point it at with a 2km range -

drone jammer are things that jamm drones while anti-drone jammers are things that jamm anti-drone thingies. -
2022-07-06 at 4:13 PM UTCIT IS AN ANTI-DRONE DEVICE THAT WORKS BY JAMMING CONTROL SIGNALS
-
2022-07-06 at 4:14 PM UTCso its a drone jammer.

Just as you press a button, Stupor jams the operator’s signal to the drone. After that, the drone is neutralized and forced to land in a designated area.
Sounds like it just blocks the signal. With my DJI drone if the signal is blocked, for instance by a hill, the drone just ascends a bit then uses GPS to return to the last received location of the controller.
So the person flying the drone can just try again.
So this sounds more like an exercise in frustration than a solution to drone usage. -
2022-07-06 at 4:17 PM UTCchina drones are smarter than western drones.
