   For one thing, I own a lot of real estate. One upside is having a vacation home in countries I like to visit. The other is that I have carefully chosen each property and over the past 6 years, they have appreciated over 400% on average and I'm sure they will appreciate more.
   
   Most of my money is in mutual funds and various hedge funds I trust.
   
   I also have limited investment into a lot of biopharmaceutical companies and am funding the development of a communication app as my first time properly dipping my toes in venture capitalism.

   It updates farly regularly. I actually want it to stop updating and just be finished. It's a lot of fun if you play it with other people, if you add a little competition to the game. Lately i've been farming white robe villagers. Looking for one that sells the mending enchantment, so I can make some God Gear. So far I've gone through 10 white robe villagers, none of them sold it.

    I've always been a fan of the GTA series, I like GTA V but haven't been playing it much recently. I also like the Fallout series, Fallout 4 is a great game. And I got into Far Cry with Far Cry 3. Been playing Far Cry Primal lately, really like that game a lot, except there's only one single save lot (gay). Haven't tried far cry 4 yet.
    
    Other hobbies include electronic projects, working on my house/yard/garage, riding my bike around the hood smoking weed and drinking, getting laid, playing with my pet rabbit. So glad spring has arrived.
