I 100% agree. I quit my job bc of this and now make $30,000 more a year, work strictly remote, have 4 weeks PTO, and less stress.

We used to get prizes in cereal boxes made of cast iron, sometimes no packaging. Like a hot wheel truck or some shit.
Kids would accidently pour smaller things in and choked so the placed them in large paper envelopes and today they're (food companies) are so afraid of lawsuits you have to order the prizes by mail
