isnt one of the point of having it decentralized is so that no one have an absolute control over it.
also just because your bitcoin is limited in volume (hashes) doesnt mean it cant be sold for infinite dollars.
so there are 21 million bitcoins ? if 21 million USD were used to purchase these finit amount of bitcoins, this would mean each bitcoin is equal to 1 USD, and vicey versay.
and when 210 million USD were used to purchase 21million bitcoins, this would put the exchange rate of bitcoin:USD of 10:1, ie, each bitcoin would amount to 10 USD, and each USD would be 0.1 BTC.
so if the FED print 210 trillion to buy up all the BTC then each BTC would amount to a million USD and a USD would equal 0.0000001 BTC.
this can go on ad infinitum. -

You simply can't buy it all. Even if you bought the majority or all mined coins there would be more that be mined and that plan would fail. Because the real "price" is how much it costs to produce -
