I can also catch smol mouf bass at da lake by my house and probly some other kinda fish but thr locals go across thr road to this bigger more awesome lake which has yuge mouf bass. I think I'll be relatively ok when society collapses. I have a fast car and a big truck and when I fix my suv I'll have a fam vehicle too. The big thing is energy right now so I gotta fix my chimley and get some solar anals

I have a tree 95 feet tall right next to my bedroom its so big itl squish the whole place if it falls.
its my only looming Danger.
I have spent hrs planning ways to cut it down, The top is going to land on the neighbors yard across the road.

I used to do tree cutting. Do you have the spurs and chaps? Do u prefer huskies or stihl? Best thing would be to climb up and tie to the top and drop down to where I wanna Chop it at. Then get your Rick to pull on it as you cut (make sure you're not cutting a branch you're supported by like wile e coyote VERY IMPORTANT) and it will fall in thr direction you want it to. Shimmy down and get Rick the throw the rope back up and repeat. For big stump removal I find it's best to cut in two to make main stump smaller than chop the smaller roots away
But me personally I wouldn't chop down a huge old tree. It's been there longer than you and should remain there. The huge trees around me are home to ravens and Maybe a bald eagle will perch in that tree. You can't really call yourself a PATRIOT if you are chppping down an eagles home for your own convenience. You could chop 30 feet off and leave the roots and it would keep growing and you'll feel safer. Don't do it, it's not worf it

I don't climb and cut, I would when I was younger and Rick is no good at teamwork anymore so I cant trust his help in that situation.
I hear ya on cutting the top out tho, the tree gives nice shade in the summer and I only want it down so I don't wake up dead from it falling on me

Poledad, I have to redo my basement which requires tearing up most of the drywall in 2 of the rooms and searching dor crax. One section of this covers the backside of where the washer and dryer are so making sure no water gets in is a priority.
So on the washer and dryer side is the side entrance which is also the main entrance and exit of the house. I want/need to make the existing 2nd(main) floor deck a mud/coat room. Another issue is the posts are basically hanging and go into a small little flower bed thing.
So basically, I have to tear up the drywall, fix cracks, ensure water has somewhere to go, fix posts and build deck into a mudroom. Does this seem like th3 correct order of operations to you? I can fly you out to sunny Newfoundland where we can assess the situation properly
When I just typed "properly" my phone suggested "poledad" and this makes me chortle. Thank you

You can walk right into Canada in the winter at the St. Lawrence river in upstate New York, where the old forts are.

no. I don't snap.
ok so if there is water getting in the basement you may need a trench at the wall leaking with drainage pipe in trench with crushed stone, this will have to be daylighted outside, by daylighted I mean that pipe has to go out of the basement and out to a place where is has drop all the way to the top of the ground out in the yard or woods, only other way is to dig a sump pump hole in the basement and run drainage to that sump and pump it out from there..
fixing the cracks is not really going to fix the issue by its self, cracks are cracks till they are removed not covered up to come back later ,, never forget Crack is wackkkkkkkk
