same with Uber. Once Travis sold his majority shares (but not all) he fucking destroyed the company. they started with these share ride like a Vanpool. all kinds of weird shit starts happening when You pick up some drunk piece of shit with a couple of ladies who got off work. I delt with it twice. One I threw out and one I just kept him occupied and then took him to his destination. he looked like the kind of guy who was concealed weapon thug.
But yeah, Last night. I ended up in North Oakland. its a new development with near million-dollar condos next to really nice projects with security gates and all to match the paid for condos. so you dont know what is what. Scary af leave my car parked and had to bring an order up to be handed off.
then the next in line was a few blocks away where I felt like I was gonna get shot at any moment. luckily the guy was on the steps. but no one lights their houses up. they leave them dark as fuck. He was a nice guy, but its hit and miss. some of them you walk up on some angry fuckers "Why you take so damn long" -

2022-02-16 at 8:36 PM UTCThey say in the USA that there are at least 11 million Job openings and most are offering more money than the last people who worked them. if its in Cali, and its 15 an hour here (or 14 if its less than 25 employees) for minimum wage. Most jobs pay 17.50-18.00 an hour. its mind blowing.
downside. everything is about 30 percent more than it was pre-covid. so there goes that raise. the raise is for the covid inflation.
Jobs where people made maybe 42k a year are being offered 60k anyone making 70k could make close to 100k.
but 100k a year is still not enough to buy a home in a great area if you don't have 20 percent down.
So now they have this 0 dollar to 2% loans. not just for first-time buyers anymore. I talk to this guy and things are changing. There is 0 excuse for any MOON PERSONs to whine about not being able to buy a house. Every one of you mother fuckers should Jump on something if you make even 15 an hour.
Again, Get together, pull your money together and pay the mortgage. and rent it out to section 8 for guaranteed monthly rent payment. or live in the house together and set up a plan that if someone wants to move out, you buy them out.
