My Cousins son was over there too. Faught in Afghanistan. He came home, was sick. Believed it was again, DU. I got to talk to him and said it was good to finally meet him. I didn't even really talk to his mom but maybe 3 times in my life. we talk on Facebook now and then.
but the dad thing is I left facebook because they kicked off Rudy Dent. I said a lot of crazy shit about Mark Zuckerburg. and didn't talk to my cousin for a few years, and no one told me her Son died. he had Diabetes and he didn't want to have his legs removed and told his Mom he wanted to fight it and he lost his life.
then My cousin lost her older brother. My Older cousin died from Covid19. so yes, its real. it wasn't the flu that killed him. She lost her Mom just a couple years before her son and then her older brother in the span of like 3-4 years.
this world is shit. lately shit. the mother of my Kids was killed just a little over a year ago. my late wife and my Mom is in Hospice.
so yeah, shit is harsh. I only lost like one relative growing up. My cousin. the youngest brother of this female Cousin I just am speaking of died when he was 5. then an Uncle. I lost a school friend in 3rd grade. then no one. No one I knew (at least that I liked) died most of my life growing up. people dying all over the place now. its real shit out there.

I wonder if in my LIfetime I will actually see enemy ships or jets, bomber planes or missiles coming at us.
What a weird vision that would be. I don't think they would blow up civilian homes right away. they would hit Airports, and tall office buildings and infrastructures like oil refinery and bridges. I hope Im not on a bridge if it happens. that would suck.
I doubt they would send in an invading ground force. unless they did it with China. who knows.
Makes me wonder if they're living here and waiting for instructions to put their uniforms on and grab their gear and hit the streets. what would happen? would they just spray civilians with gun fire or what.
