yeah I don't think she's really much of a mother figure either given her stance on children, specifically brown children

Diesel is through the roof too. If I recall it began the year below petroleum but is now well over. Diesel prices are going to end up being absorbed by end level consumers. School busses, semi's, heavy equipment etc. all take diesel and will result in higher consumer prices and inflation. People only pay attention to crude because that's typically what they put in their own tank.
Joe Rogan posted the cybertruck yesterday and I'm fucking pissed I still don't have one. They better roll out in some serious numbers because I'm going to do my best to get one as soon as they're available here

Governments will reduce fuel taxes soon, which will help a little. I think the cheap fuel we had during the pandemic has spoiled people.

What's the electricity situation like there? We were literally expecting blackouts this winter because we get half our power from wind, but if the wind isn't blowing the energy generating capacity vs demand here is extremely tight. Same situation all across Europe. And the politicians are blocking new plants - of any type, gas, nuclear, whatever, because of the climate.

The Climate Agenda is nothing but a hoax. A pretext to bring in the New World Order under a true and noble and just cause. Evil always flies under the banner of all that is good and pure. As if these bags of shit care about the weather. They don't even care about their own citizens, their own country, or even the futures of their own kids, much less the weather.

Putin's gone on record to say that he has no interest in reviving the Soviet Union because he feels that the project was doomed to failure from the start - effectively governing that many different centuries-old cultures is impossible without an unacceptable level of violence.
generally speaking the Russian people oppose rebuilding the Soviet Union (even though Stalin is still the most popular political figure by far) because they consider most of the ex-Soviet states to be freeloaders and whores to whoever throws the shekels (or rubles) their way

how is it we don't have the technology to stick nukes on some kind of glider aboard satellites hovering over Russia and China and then let them just coast for a bit and then fire hyper-sonic engines and hit their targets in probably less than a minute if need be.
why the fuck do we need to launch them when we can just geo-lock nukes overhead.
2022-01-29 at 8:23 PM UTC
Yeah there is no way you can't tell me America, Russia hasn't stuck nukes onboard Sats. geo-locked
whatever agreement was made, its been broekn since.
the only reason all of this shit is getting to this point is to feed the Military Industrial Complex with work and more contracts for work.
sometimes outsourcing them to other countries (WTF ?)
and since you have these hypersonic glide missiles, it seems to be a loophole in whatever space war agreements were made in Salt II or whatever.
And it only makes sense if you do that, Russia sends missiles back to Cuba.
another George Floyd incident will happen now to sidetrack us.

The next world war would be super-weapons from space, with pinpoint accuracy, able to wipe out entire cities in seconds.

Satellites only last 10 or 20 or so years before they need to be replaced. For instance the ISS and Hubble are both end of life already. There's too much radiation and stuff up there, and solar panels and electronics degrade. Also just because something is in orbit doesn't necessarily mean it can hit a target quickly, there is a big change in velocity needed to get something out of orbit and onto a target. There is also a ban on nuclear weapons in space. I don't think it's happened.
