Not every hospital but the one I'm working for is. It's actually getting more common because of business insurance for them and health insurance for employees.
A lot if new people on this website recently that aren't me and from what I can tell this website does not get much newcomers. So this is what I got to say.

Huh, that sucks. I guess in some ways it makes sense and looks bad if you have doctors/nurses/technicians etc smelling of smoke considering it's a hospital, but shit, not even being allowed to smoke outside of hospital is fucked. Really fucked

An IQ test is a general knowledge test that Is only so one can stroke their ego it also serves as a tool for training people to strive to know more than others but the questions are based of general education which it taught to everyone. I'm going to a green day concert in September. I went to one when I was in high school during the American idiot era. At this point I haven't listened to them in about ten years but tickets were cheap and I want to see Billy Joe's pasty white ass again. Hopefully they do some Cookie/Warning era shit.

you don't need any formal knowledge to know what either of those things mean, the answer is literally in the words. sort of like how "up" and "really up" are two different things. nobody taught you what "really up" meant, but its easy to 2 + 2
