Is it any good?
Do you know the name of that on film where buddy is stuck on like a prison island and tries to escape? It had like Escape from New York vibes but wasn't nearly as good.
The Star in it is in like Goodfellas or some Scorsese flick. But not a BIG name. -

Ray Liota?
I think I saw it. Did one of the dudes fall off a big cliff?
I think they filmed it on Catalina Island off the coast of Dana Point.
I still havn't had a chance to go to that island. it was too foggy when we visited orange county that year. "unsually foggy for November" we were told. it's usually foggy in June. June Gloom is what they call it.
if you find out, Let me know. I thought it was pretty decent. -

Merry fucking Christmas.
Holy shit fuck that guy.
Honestly I swear Christmas is really about Spite, and who can be the biggest hypocrite. That's why I don't celebrate it.
You should sue the cops and their department for illegal entry. They lose their qualified immunity when they break the law. -

the dude from Highlanders was in it. The one with the long hair fighting to a Queen song.

2021-12-27 at 6:33 PM UTCWe have received a rent increase.
250 more a month, in 3 months.
It's a shitty place in the ghetto, it's not worth that much.
I hate this guy.
If we end up getting the boot, I'm going to call the health department and get inspectors up their ass. -
2021-12-27 at 7:14 PM UTCThe lieberals forced rent increase restrictions and legislation here, where they can only raise it by 1.5%. One of the few nice things about commies.

Squatter right it for 11 months. Pay this cunt nothing. As a matter of fact, get a public defender to restrict payment for locking you guys out of the yard as well as the washer room I overheard your roommate tell the cops.
I can't imagine the laws are any different in Canada than California or many other states. he violated a contract of renters lease offering amenities to you guys. You just don't pay him and squat through the entire winter, hold onto the money. fight the rent when going to court asking the court to either reduce the rent or have the landlord payback time lost for denying you access to the washing room and yard.
I told you what people do. he seems to have some kind of social anger issues and if Suddenly noises came from the roof or yard somewhere at 1am,2am,330 etc watch him crack and possibly move out. he seems to think it's OK to fuck with you guys, play his game but better.
I hate pieces of shit like this. but don't lose your cool and do physical harm against him or his stuff. that's not civilized. just find leverage on his own game or go to court and do it properly -
2021-12-28 at 1:39 AM UTCquick mix ready has no understanding of liens (or much else)
You'd be on the line for the entire amount of rent, have your cars/home/bank accounts liened and then eventually pay back about 150% due to court costs and legal fees. Nigger has no idea what hes talking about
BUT TAKE MY ADVICE
dumb ass bitch -

You lost your cars (pre 2000), or any real property you owned. you were allowed to keep your house if less than 25kUSD inequity was in existence. You had to have 2 different appraisers to appraise the houses and both had to be under 25k in comp value
you got to keep 500 in cash for food expenses (back then) for the 2 months that was the Bankruptcy period. you got to keep a mortgage payment or if you didn't own a house, your rent money.
I do know what I'm talking about. I had to go through it, You twit.
You're talking about something else. You're not talking about filing a fucking bankruptcy post 1999 laws. It sounds like if you can't afford your ticket or court fees and some state impounds monthly interest rates on top of it. When was the last fucking time you filed a bankruptsy? did you own a home, ever, in your entire lifetime?
