Can't sue the manufacturer either. They are completely immune to any and all litigation. Can't sue the pharmacy, because it's mislabeled product from the manufacturer, and you can't sue the manufacturer, because they have blanket immunity by law. Like I said, you can't sue any of them. And that's the beauty of the scam, like I said. -

...cite your source that says you can't sue a manufacturer...you already admitted pharmacy can be sued in your previous citation if they are at fault.
